The ID Center is located in the Memorial Union, Room 103.

Photo Upload Requirements
To get your OSU ID card, upload two items to MyCard:
- A photo of yourself (for your ID card)
- A government-issued ID (to verify your identity)
If you need help, review the MyCard Photo Upload Instructions. Personal photos must be:
- File format: .jpg
- Clear photo of your face (no hats, sunglasses, or cropped head)
- Simple background (no people, animals, or distractions)
- No mirror selfies
- No heavy edits (filters, face paint, or obvious alterations)
- Medium-close up portrait only (not full body)
Accepted Forms of Government-Issued ID
- Driver's license from a US state or territory
- Passports or visas
- Military ID
- Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
We do not accept other school IDs or Social Security cards.
